About
BIO
David brings 35 years of financial services and entrepreneurial experience to Destra Capital’s Los Angeles and Northern California Region. He began his wholesaling career with Federated Investors in 1986. Over the course of his career, David has worked for Kemper Financial Services, SEI, and Van Kampen/Invesco.
In addition, David spent three years living and working in Asia where he managed the emerging markets division for Asia’s largest trade media company. He has negotiated international licensing agreements and closed business transactions in eight foreign countries. David was Cofounder and President of Sunbelt Advisors Inc. and 3PL Global, LLC. He has built, managed and sold multiple successful businesses in Southern California.
David holds a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Robert Morris University, and a MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
