This summer, Eric Haines and his family took a two-week trip to Europe.
“We started in Colmar, then went to Zermatt, Lauterbrunnen, The Italian Dolomites and Amsterdam. Lauterbrunnen might be the most spectacular place I’ve ever seen in my life. My family likes to be active on vacation and we ended up hiking over 120 miles in 14 days.
It was a trip I will never forget.”
This summer Dan Watnee was lucky to spend some time in the Rocky Mountains with family and friends.
“In early August, my sister and I drove from Phoenix up through the four corners and then to Ouray. The box canyon waterfall was amazing. From there we drove to Crested Butte to celebrate life and our loved ones lost. We ate phenomenal pizza at Secret Stash. We became closer.
For my 45th birthday Kacey and I hit Taos, NM with some friends for more good times. Driving the Enchanted Circle and hiking the Wheeler Peak Wilderness delivered countless unexpected views and experiences. I think I fell in love with Red River.
I’m happiest out in nature exploring and making memories with loved ones. Filled up my tank. Ready to finish 2023 strong.”
In July, Lavonne Griffin and family enjoyed cruising Norway’s breathtaking fjords.
“Norway was beautiful (especially for someone that’s from a land-locked state) and the weather was perfect. The cities were very clean, each park delighted with lovely summer flowers and the 1am sunsets were amazing.
It’s not hard to daydream of living on one of those green hills sitting above the clear Norwegian Sea!”
